Hello everyone! Today I am going to write about my greatest passion in life: soccer. When I was little I liked to play soccer with my neighbors, but the normal thing. When I was around 8 years old, my father took me to the Colo Colo soccer school in my city, Melipilla. It was then that I started training more regularly and got used to competing every weekend, as we almost always had tournaments to play. At the same time, I trained every week after school for my school team, where we also had regular championships. In this context, I forged my passion for Colo Colo and Deportes Melipilla, the team from my city. Later I started watching the European leagues and I became a fan of Manchester United of England. As time went by, my fanaticism continued to grow. Although the pandemic prevented me from going to the courts, my passion remains intact. Currently my state of mind depends on whether one of these three teams wins, draws or loses. They are the reason for my greatest joys, but
What advice would you give a high school student about to go to college? First of all, I want to clarify that my comment will be based on my personal experience. I would tell a high school student from Chile to focus on his high school grades, since the current educational system requires a certain level of grades to apply and stay in a respective career at university. I took the PSU twice, since the first time I did not reach the score for my aspirations. But, the second time it went well for me, and I was able to get into what I wanted. Having said all of the above, the advice
Is religion important? Hello everyone, today I am going to comment my opinion about religions. Personally, I do not consider myself to be of any particular religion. However, I am baptized and made my first communion when I was ten years old. Also, many people close to me, like my grandmothers, aunts and sisters, are part of a religion. I believe that religions, whatever they could be, are important, regardless of the issues that have come to light in recent years. First, because they contribute a very important moral quota to society, even if we do not belong to any religion. Second, because in the most difficult moments, such as natural disasters, human-caused tragedies or the health difficulties of a loved one, they give us a certain degree of faith or hope. For me, in the most difficult moments, when everything seems dark, faith is what can help you to get out of any hostile situation. I am aware of all the damage that some religions have produced throughout history, I do
