Is religion important?
Hello everyone, today I am going
to comment my opinion about religions.
Personally, I do not consider
myself to be of any particular religion. However, I am baptized and made my
first communion when I was ten years old. Also, many people close to me, like
my grandmothers, aunts and sisters, are part of a religion.
I believe that religions,
whatever they could be, are important, regardless of the issues that have come
to light in recent years. First, because they contribute a very important moral
quota to society, even if we do not belong to any religion. Second, because in
the most difficult moments, such as natural disasters, human-caused tragedies
or the health difficulties of a loved one, they give us a certain degree of
faith or hope. For me, in the most difficult moments, when everything seems
dark, faith is what can help you to get out of any hostile situation.
I am aware of all the damage that
some religions have produced throughout history, I do not share them and I even
condemn them, that is why I am not part of any religion. But I do believe that
they are important and that the people who belong to one, must be respected.
I agree with you that each religion should be respected and that faith manages to get people out of difficult situations.
ResponderEliminarHi Vicente, like you, I also have many relatives who belong to a religion (in my case, the Catholic Church).I differ a little from your opinion, at least I consider that faith is not something linked to religion, so for me, religions have a minor importance in society, I think we can have faith, even without belonging to a religion close to us. I hope you feel well :)
ResponderEliminarHi Vicho, I also believe that faith is the most beautiful thing about religion, and many people in bad situations just have faith. I also think that every religion must be respected, unfortunately religions like Catholicism have a horrible past and for some people a bad present. So, because of this situation many people despise religions like Catholicism, for the wrong actions of some.
ResponderEliminarI hope in the future we blame those who are truly responsible and not what they represent.
Hello, I really liked how to approach the issue of faith since as you said well "it is what can help you get out of any hostile situation" becoming something almost natural in us, since we are always putting this in our life.

ResponderEliminarYour perception is very accurate, Vicente.
ResponderEliminarI share with you something very important: All religions must be respected. The idea is that we have our differences of opinion, without discriminating ideological and religious thoughts of other people.
Hello, classmate.
ResponderEliminarI strongly agree that faith is very important. I may not entirely agree with you about the incredible importance that religions can have in society. Because, from my point of view, it is preferable that other things regulate what is right or wrong (such as justice), and that religions do not do so based solely on fear of the population.
Anyway, have a really nice week. I enjoyed your blog.
Hi Vicho
ResponderEliminarit was interesting to read your blog but If you condemn I don't really understand the importance you give it
Regarding religions, I cannot simply cover my eyes so as not to see the atrocities that not only the church did, in that sense, I do not think it is right to take the good and discard the bad, if what is bad is directly related to the good. As in the Holy War, the church took the good, which was forgiving sins and helping people in bad times, and used it to start one of the worst wars.
